Captives.Insure deepens bench with new COO hire

Captives.Insure has appointed Grady Marshall as chief operating officer.

According to the company Marshall brings 16 years of brokerage and captive leadership spanning single parent, group, and cell structures for high-performing mid-market insureds.

As COO, he leads the buildout of Captives.Insure’s service, policy administration, and technology functions and carries accountability for execution on behalf of our insureds, captive clients, fronting carriers, and captive management partners.

Captives.Insure said that Marshall’s appointment “reflects a conviction we share: captives are not reserved for the largest organisations and groups are not the only option. Disciplined operations, better education, and the smart application of technology put alternative risk financing within reach of far more businesses than the traditional market assumes.”

In a comment on LinkedIn Nate Reznicek president & principal consultant at Captives.Insure commented: “Firms like ours are usually judged on production.
