New Jersey has formed a new captive insurance association, the Captive Insurance Group of New Jersey (CIGNJ), which will be led by Sheila Small.
Small will be president of the newly-formed CIGNJ, which has already secured the backing of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, and held its inaugural captive event earlier this month.
