Pinnacle makes double actuary hire

Pinnacle Actuarial Resources has made a double hire, with Daniel Linton and Roberto Perez joining as senior consulting actuary and consulting actuary, respectively.

Linton joins from Select Actuarial Services where he spent 14 years, most recently as a consulting actuary.

His work there included reserving and forecasting in alternative risk markets with a focus on large deductible, self-insured entities.

Perez joins from an insurance background, spending five years at The Hartford as an assistant director and actuarial associate.

His experience is predominantly in pricing for commercial automobile and commercial multiple peril, as well as loss and premium reserving.

Both are Fellows of the Casualty Actuarial Society, with Linton based in Nashville, Tennessee and Perez working out of Manchester, Connecticut.
