Portfolio elects NAE/NWAN founder to its board

Portfolio has named Kelly Price as executive vice president of strategic ventures, and given her a seat on its board of directors.

Price has spent more than 30 years in the industry and has experience spanning captive insurance management as well as automotive retail, claims administration and business development.

She founded NAE/NWAN, a Strongsville, Ohio-based reinsurance and finance and insurance products provider and administrator, in 1996. Portfolio acquired the company in 2020, combining complementary sales forces and geographic territories.

Brent Griggs, Portfolio’s president and chief executive officer, highlighted Price’s entrepreneurial approach to business as a great fit for Portfolio. “She has much to contribute to our board with the benefit of her experience leading NAE/NWAN for the past 25 years,” he said.
