Ryan Specialty completes ART purchase

Ryan Specialty Group has completed its purchase of alternative risk insurance specialist Keystone Risk Partners.

The acquisition,  first announced last month, will boost Ryan Specialty’s offerings to retail brokers and agent trading partners, giving access to alternative risk capital. Based in Pennsylvania, Keystone provides a range of captive consulting and management services working with agents and brokers and their large commercial insurance clients.

Founded in 2010, Ryan Specialty acts as a wholesale broker and managing underwriter. It provides specialty products and solutions for insurance brokers, agents and carriers, including distribution, underwriting, product development, administration and risk management services.
