SIIA promotes May forum

The Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) has urged members to sign up for its upcoming Corporate Growth Forum, as the discounted early bird registration period for the event ends on March 17.

Scheduled for May 15-17, 2023 in Greenville, South Carolina, the event is designed to help companies active in the self-insurance marketplace better understand common growth strategies made possible by corporate financial transactions (mergers, acquisitions, capitalisations, etc.).

According to the SIIA while the educational program is extremely valuable for companies currently considering a financial transaction, it may be even more valuable for those in earlier corporate development stages to help them map out longer range growth strategies.

“In addition to targeted educational content and the ability to engage with other members with similar interests, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with important sources of capital, including angel investors, venture capital, private equity and strategic investors,” the SIIA stated.
