Spring appoints industry leader to lead new market development

Spring has announced that Peter Bandarenko has joined the company as senior consultant and head of new market development.

Bandarenko brings over twenty five years of group insurance industry experience.  According to Spring, he is a proven employee with good product development capabilities and holds a strong background in technical sales, sales management and product development in both the insurance carrier and broker/consulting fields.

Prior to joining the firm, Bandarenko held various positions within Prudential, The Hartford and MetLife, and is also a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters (AALU), Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA), Captive Insurance Companies of America (CICA) and The National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC).
