SRS releases strategic planning and execution service

Strategic Risk Solutions has released a new strategic planning and execution service called Captive 360°.

The service stimulates interactions between all the captive’s stakeholders to help identify strategic opportunities and challenges, providing a holistic review of all aspects of a captive’s operations. It is available to any captive, regardless of its captive manager.

LightStance, a management consulting software company, provides execution and support.

Brady Young, president and chief executive officer at SRS, said Captive 360° was created in response to client demand and market needs. “Captive owners want additional assistance evaluating strategic options to maximise the value provided to parent organisations,” he explained.

Jesse Olsen, SRS Advisers director and Captive 360° facilitator, emphasised the importance of execution and accountability for captives. “Building a useful strategic plan, as challenging as that can be, is not enough,” he said.
