Tokio Solution names captive expert as ILS VP


Tokio Solution Management, a subsidiary of Tokio Millennium Re, has named Butch Agnew as vice president (VP), insurance-liked securities (ILS) portfolio management. Agnew has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets, captive management, broking, business development and finance.  He joins the firm from Dyna Management Services, where he was VP, business development and client services. Before that, he worked as financial controller of AQR Re Management and with Aon Insurance Managers, where he held positions as global director ILS, and VP, captives. “We are delighted to welcome Butch to Tokio Solution in this new role responsible for developing client relationships and managing business strategies,” said Susan Lane, co-chief executive officer of Tokio Solution. “His appointment underscores our commitment to continuously expand on the service offering to Tokio Solution’s third party capital partners.”
