VCIA conference to feature captive owners as panellists

The Vermont Captive Insurance Association will be holding its annual conference on August 7-9, 2018 at the DoubleTree by Hilton (formerly the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center) and the University of Vermont's Davis Center.

The 33rd annual conference is expected to draw over 1000 attendees, and many of the session panellists this year will be captive owners.

Entitled "VCIA 2018: Where the Captive World Comes to Meet", the conference will cover some of the more basic to the more complex trends and innovations in the captive insurance space.

There are two keynote speakers at VCIA this year. Jack Uldrich, a global futurist and award winning author, will speak on trends transforming tomorrow. Joel Cohen, an Emmy award winning writer and producer for "The Simpsons", will discuss the Simpsons, creative process, group dynamics & innovation.
