VCIA confirms details for 2022 conference

The Vermont Captive Insurance Association’s  annual conference will take place in person this year from August 8 to 11 in Burlington, the association has announced.

Topics under discussion during the conference will include reinsurance and the hard market, using advanced analytics to achieve better claims outcomes, social inflation, and the impact of climate change. Visitors will hear from a wide range of speakers, including from Aon, Axa XL, Liberty Mutual, Sedgwick, Spring Consulting, Strategic Risk Solutions and Willis Towers Watson.

Early registration rates apply until the end of June 2022.

Vermont is the largest US domicile for captive insurance and the third-largest globally. Last year it licensed 45 new captive insurance companies.
