Willis Towers Watson captive exec joins SRS as managing director

Captive insurance manager Strategic Risk Solutions Europe has appointed David Lewis as managing director.

Lewis joins from Willis Towers Watson where he was executive member in the global captive practice, responsible for global growth initiatives, strategic planning and client service delivery.

He takes up his new position in the London office on October 1 and will be responsible for business development and creating and implementing strategic growth initiatives. He will work closely with colleagues across the SRS group to identify areas of opportunity in the European, US and international market place.

Lewis said: “I have always held a deep respect and admiration for independent firms and am enthusiastically looking forward to now join one as established and exciting as SRS.”
