Patriot Growth Insurance Services has welcomed The Cashion Company as a new partner agency. Founded in 1975, The Cashion Company has become a respected name in construction insurance and surety bonding, Patriot said.
With offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas, The Cashion Company will continue to operate with the same leadership and service teams clients have always known. Agency Principals Matt Cashion, Lee Jackson, Michael Dornblaser, Andrew Davie, and Cash McMillen will remain actively involved in guiding the agency forward.
“For us, this is a joint venture,” said Matt Cashion, agency principal. “We’ve built our business on trust, relationships, and responsiveness, and that’s not changing. The partnership with Patriot gives us more resources and strength behind what we already do best without compromising what we’ve worked hard to build over the last 50 years.”
The Cashion Company specialises in construction risk management, surety bonding, and captive insurance solutions. Knight Cashion, the agency’s founder, was the first non-contractor inducted into the Arkansas Construction Industry Hall of Fame. He was also honoured in the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame alongside his son Matt—making them the first father-son duo to receive that distinction. Matt Cashion has been a surety instructor for 37 years and served seven years on the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
“The Cashion Company is a phenomenal addition to the Patriot team,” said Steve Carroll, Patriot’s chief acquisition officer. “Their expertise in construction insurance and surety bonding, combined with a long-standing commitment to specialised service and integrity, aligns perfectly with our core values. We’re humbled and proud to partner with a firm with such deep industry roots and a proven track record of leadership. We’re excited to build on that success and support the next phase of Cashion’s growth journey.”
