QBE North America unveils new captive AVP

Clay Kelley has announced that he has started a new position as assistant vice president, captives with QBE North America. 

In a statement on LinkedIn he said that he is looking forward to working with this talented team to help advisors and employer groups strategise on healthcare cost and solutions. Kelley was previously assistant vice president of sales, captives at Blackwell Captive Solutions from June 2025 until May 2026. Prior to that he was regional vice president at ClearPoint Health from July 2024 to Jun 2025, when he left for Blackwell Captive solutions. He was vice president of sales and channel distribution at Crescent Health Solutions from August 2022 until July 2024.
