REcapture hires lawyer to oversee captive consulting business

REcapture Insurance has hired an executive to oversee its captive consulting and broker relationship development efforts.

Hale Stewart joins REcapture in Houston as a vice president. He is also managing partner at Hale Stewart Law in Houston, which specialises in insurance law, and particularly law for captive insurance, and the author of the book US Captive Insurance Law.
