CICA seeks nominees to fill board of directors
The Captive Insurance Companies Association’s (CICA) nominating committee has opened nominations to fill two open seats on the CICA board of directors.
In an announcement CICA said that serving on the CICA Board provides applicants the opportunity to help shape the future of the organisation and further develop how CICA serves its members and the captive industry.
In addition to being willing to contribute their time and talent, nominees must meet the following requirements:
- Be a current captive owner, manager or service provider member
- Attend two in-person meetings and two conference call meetings on an annual basis
- Be willing to serve a three-year term (with eligibility to serve one additional three-year term)
Applicants must complete the nomination form if they would like to apply to be on the CICA Board of Directors or would like to nominate someone they feel would be a strong candidate.
The nomination deadline is December 31, 2022.
