Industrial Commission of Arizona chairman to give captive talk

The chairman of Industrial Commission of Arizona, Dale Schultz, will be giving a talk on captive insurance and risk management at Ashton Tiffany on 15 June 2016.

The talk is called ‘How to Use Your Captive to Motivate, Initiate, Deviate and Obfuscate’.

There will be a buffet breakfast and networking at 7:15am, followed by a 7:45am meeting called to order and announcement, with the subsequent featured presentation at 7:50am.

Schultz has over 40 years’ experience in risk and quality management related positions.

He has developed and managed several off shore captive insurance companies for healthcare systems.

Schultz has also worked for an insurance company and two multi-state integrated health systems as an insurance broker and as a regulator.

He has been responsible for self-insured workers’ compensation programs, including funding, claims administration, and injury prevention, including life safety, environmental, radiation, and construction safety, as well as emergency management and occupational health programmes
.
Schultz has been the chairman of the board of a health insurance company and a vice chairman or member of four other civic and nonprofit boards.
