Megalodon introduces claims management system

Megalodon Insurance Systems has introduced a client-centered policy and claims management software aimed at captive managers, risk retention groups and small to medium-sized insurers.

The web-based system allows for navigation between policy, claims and billing platforms that can be accessed by underwriters or claims representatives on a single screen. It includes all internal external email communications with or about a client.

The system was shown at the Insurance Accounting & Systems Association Annual Education Conference and Business Show in San Antonio, Texas.
