Rebecca Hale joins SRS, Melissa Hancock set to lead business in Europe
Rebecca Hale has joined Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) as regional manager for the mid-Atlantic, with responsibilities for captive management operations in DC, Delaware and New Jersey.
Meanwhile Melissa Hancock will become managing director of SRS Europe on October 1, 2020, with a view to relocating to the company’s Malta office. Hancock is currently a director of operations and compliance for SRS East and will remain as an active team member for certain SRS East clients.
Hancock will oversee the firm’s captive management operations in Europe, including its pan-European branch offices, working alongside Derek Bridgeman, who has responsibility for the risk consulting practice in Europe. She has also recently joined the board of SRS Europe.
Hale joins from Willis Towers Watson where she was a senior account executive. She also spent 17 years at Marsh Management Services in Vermont. She is currently working alongside Hancock, who has been overseeing the firm’s operations in the Mid-Atlantic, as she transitions into the regional manager role and assumes various client and leadership roles.
Hancock said: "“I have been getting to know our team in Europe and spent time to understand the captive management environment. We believe there are tremendous opportunities for SRS to expand within the European domiciles.”
