Skyward Specialty bolsters captive A&H division with new hire

Georgine Pritchard has been appointed senior account manager for Skyward Specialty’s captive accident and health (captive A&H) division. 

Pritchard has been a part of the company’s team for the past two years and has spent 15 years in the stop-loss insurance market, with experience on both the medical carrier and broker sides. 

Being at Skyward Specialty has meant real career growth for Pritchard, the company said on LinkedIn, starting as the first account manager for captive A&H and supporting the team’s development over her time here, including its expansion into core stop loss. 

Her day-to-day includes serving as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her motto is that great service leads to happy customers, stronger relationships, and better renewal retention, the company said.
