ALKEME buys Utah firm
ALKEME has acquired InsurePro, a personal and commercial specialist located in Draper, Utah. The company said that this strategic acquisition enhances its portfolio with InsurePro’s specialised expertise in both personal and commercial lines.
This is the second acquisition that the firm has announced this week, after it bought Hardwick Insurance, a commercial and personal specialist located in Lafayette, Louisiana.
ALKEME added that it is strengthening its footprint in the Utah market and enhancing its portfolio of high-value personal insurance offerings. By combining forces, ALKEME and InsurePro are poised to deliver superior service and expanded resources to their clients.
