MSI hires new finance director

Management Services International (MSI) has hired Elaine Gil as the company’s new director of finance and accounting.

The company said that Gil brings over 15 years of CPA experience spanning insurance, reinsurance, accounting, financial reporting & analysis, managerial reporting, and compliance.

“Elaine’s proficiency will beyond doubt help MSI continue to deliver exceptional results and add significant value to our clients’ operations,” said MSI in a statement.

“Her vast work with captives, applying financial data to support strategic business decisions, exhibits her outstanding ability to impart accurate, and timely financial, analysis that generate informed assessments/resolutions.”

Gil was previously at Arch Insurance Group, which she joined in 2015 as an accountant. She rose to be director of accounting, a position that she was appointed to in March 2022.
