New national VP for Blackwell

South Carolina domiciled medical stop loss captive Blackwell Captive Solutions has appointed Tina Willenborg as a new national vice president.

She joins the Carrick Capital Partners-sponsored captive with more than 26 years of industry and medical stop loss experience, most recently with Xchange Benefits, where she was assistant vice president of stop loss. Other roles have included assistant vice president at Employer Benefit Underwriters and assistant vice president for business development at Arch Insurance Group.
