Doughty moves to SRS in senior account manager role

Morgan Doughty (pictured) has announced that she has started as a senior account manager with SRS.

She was previously an account executive at Aon from October 2023 to April 2026, where she was responsible for lead financial reporting for client accounts within the captive & insurance management team, served as the primary contact for various departments and is responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness in financial reporting and regulatory deadlines and requirements and acted as a liaison with outside service providers to meet client needs effectively.

Before that she worked at Atlas Insurance Management for seven and a half years, starting as finance account manager in March 2016, before becoming senior finance account manager in July 2017 and then senior manager in April 2022, based in Charlotte North Carolina.

She was also at the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association for three years, as a board member and also secretary from May 2021 to May 2022.
