Generali shuffles leadership at Employee Benefits
Frederik Van den Eede has been promoted to chief marketing officer at Generali Employee Benefits (GEB). Previously head of client services, Van den Eede started his new role last month, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He replaces Christian Keller, who in October became GEB’s chief strategy and transformation officer.
On his LinkedIn page, Keller said the main objective is to bring the company’s value proposition as the global Employee Benefits distribution platform to the next level and foster the profitable growth of business with its clients and network partners worldwide.
“This means introducing new digital offerings which aim at increasing customer lifetime partner experience and reducing the cost by simplifying and digitalizing our core business processes,” Keller said. “Our GEB people and talents remain the main enabler on our transformation journey and we will foster their personal and professional growth,” he added.
