IRM appoints director of captive development

Innovative Risk Management (IRM), a boutique that specialises in captive insurance solutions and specialty programs, has appointed Bryson Hammer as director of captive development.

Hammer was previously an account executive at Holmes Murphy & Associates, an independent broker, and, before that, he was an account executive at Innovative Captive Strategies.

IRM, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, was founded in 1991 and has been a division of One80 Intermediaries since 2021. It provides agents, brokers, and self-insured entities with captive and alternative risk solutions.
