Johnson Lambert reveals succession plans
Johnson Lambert, which provides audit, tax and advisory services to captives, has unveiled succession plans at the firm.
Brandy Vannoy (pictured) has been elected as the firm’s next managing partner. She will succeed John Prescott, who will conclude his decade-long tenure as managing partner at the end of 2025.
Vannoy has served in numerous leadership positions, including the firm’s executive committee and a leader in the firm’s tax practice. She has been with the firm since 2004, joining Johnson Lambert after beginning her career at KPMG.
Vannoy said: “I’m incredibly honoured and excited to lead Johnson Lambert into its next chapter. Under John’s leadership, the firm has continued to grow while cultivating a culture of collaboration, specialised knowledge, and client-first service. I look forward to building on that strong foundation, focusing on driving growth, fostering innovation, and reinforcing our position as a trusted advisor.”
The company praised Prescott’s leadership as having “been instrumental in shaping Johnson Lambert’s strategic direction.”
Prescott will stay on to continue serving the firm’s clients and supporting firm growth following the managing partner transition.
“It has been a great privilege to serve in the managing partner role at Johnson Lambert, and I’m immensely proud of our teams and the work we have done to grow the firm, develop our people, and serve our clients,” Prescott said.
“I’m as excited today for our future as I’ve ever been, and I know under Brandy’s leadership we will continue to move the firm forward. Brandy is an exceptional leader, developer of people, and has great passion for serving our clients.”
