McGinley rises to SVP captive consulting at RMA

Kevin McGinley has announced that he is starting a new position as senior vice president - captive consulting at Risk Management Advisors (RMA).

McGinley has been at RMA since October 2022, when he was appointed as senior captive manager. He was appointed vice president in March 2024, where he managed captive formation in a range of US and offshore domiciles and specialised in feasibility studies for a range of industries (Transporation, InsurTech, Health, Construction etc) - looking at total cost of risk, cost reduction strategies, financial modelling, collateral and capital modelling, and domicile analysis.  

Prior to that he worked for Atlas Insurance Management from 2017 to 2022, in the Cayman Islands. In 2020, Atlas Insurance Management joined Risk Strategies, before merging to become Risk Management Advisors in September 2023.

In 2024 McGinley was featured in Captive Review’s FORTY Under 40 as one of the forty finalists.
