Miholic promoted at Revantage

Adam Miholic has announced that he has been promoted to vice president, head of captives and procurement at Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company.

Miholic joined the company in November 2023 as vice president and head of captives.

Miholic was featured in Captive International’s inaugural FORTY under 40 publication, our spotlight on the up and coming young talent in the captive insurance industry.

He was previously senior consultant, captives, at Hylant from July 2019 to November 2023, also in Chicago.

Prior to that he was director of alternative risk programs at Assurance from April 2018 to June 2019 in Schaumburg, Illinois, where he was responsible for upfront sales and consulting regarding formation and management of new captive insurance companies. He also developed models for evaluating and pricing various captive insurance structures.
