New chairman announced for LIIA
Annie Undikai has been appointed as chairman of the Labuan International Insurance Association for the 2024-2026 period.
Undikai is founder, shareholder and group managing director at Brighton International Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which said in a LinkedIn statement announcing her appointment that her visionary leadership continues to inspire them all.
She started at Brighton Management in August 2005, which then grew through several iterations into Brighton International Group.
Prior to that she was head of operation and marketing at Etiqa Offshore Insurance, which was formerly known as MNI Offshore Insurance.
From February 1990 to June 1998 she was group financial controller at Kesawan Shipping in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
