New president of group captives at RAR

Ryan Specialty has announced that Michael F. Albian is joining Ryan Alternative Risk (RAR) as president, Group Captives. RAR leverages specialized carrier relationships, reinsurance capabilities, proficiency in alternative risk financing and expertise in client financial analysis to negotiate, place and manage coverage for large and complex insureds.

Albian has fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, the last eleven of which he has spent creating, growing and managing numerous group captive programs. He also served in a leadership role while overseeing a national construction practice. At RAR, Albian will work on further developing a full-service consulting and captive management practice and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
