Atlas restructures its exec management team

Atlas Insurance Management (Atlas), a Charlotte-based captive insurance management firm, has restructured its executive management team to accommodate its increase in business demands and staffing within both its onshore Charlotte office and its offshore Cayman Islands office.

Atlas has appointed Ian Podmore as senior vice president (SVP) of business development; Steve Coffield as SVP of finance and compliance; Donna Rinchisen as VP of client services; and Jeff Ellington as VP of business development and marketing.

In Atlas’s offshore Cayman Islands office, Elaine Tapp has been appointed as executive VP of the Group; Mark Kay is now SVP of operations; and Beth Biega is VP of client services.

According to Atlas, reorganising its executive leadership team will enable it to implement targeted strategies that will consider the growth and opportunities that are happening for the company.
