Carey Olsen strengthens Cayman practice

Law firm, Carey Olsen, has strengthened its Cayman practice with the appointment of a new head of litigation.

Michael Makridakis has been appointed as partner and head of litigation at the firm. According to Carey Olsen, he specialises in “insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation with an emphasis on litigation involving distressed funds”.

Carey Olsen only opened its offices in Cayman last year and is evidently ramping up its capabilities on the Islands.
