Cayman Forum on track for largest gathering

The organisers of Cayman Captive Forum have said they are on track to match or even surpass the record attendance of last year’s forum.

Seamus Tivenan, committee co-chair, said: “Registrations for the Cayman Captive Forum 2014 are just under the 700 mark, which is slightly ahead of the number registered at this time last year. So we are on track to match the record attendance of last year – or maybe even surpass the 1,400 mark. We are very confident that this forum will continue to be the world’s largest captive insurer gathering.

“Cayman continues to be the domicile of choice for establishing captives offshore. With the excellent array of speakers committed to CCF 2014 we look forward to another successful forum where hundreds of captive owners gather to be educated on the latest issues facing the insurance markets and to network with their peers and captive insurance professionals.”
