Chemung Financial welcomes three new board members

Chemung Financial Corporation, financial services holding company and parent of Nevada-domiciled captive insurer Chemung Risk Management, has elected three new individuals to its board of directors.

Joining the board are David Buicko, president and CEO of Galesi Group, Denise Gonick, president and CEO of MVP Healthcare, and Jeffrey Streeter, president of Streeter Associates.

Each individual will stand for shareholder election as the annual shareholders’ meeting in May 2018.

The directors of Chemung Financial also serve on the board of its principal subsidiary, Chemung Canal Trust Company, a locally-owned and managed community bank in New York State.
