Chestnut Hill bolsters business development

Chestnut Hill Insurance Group has bolstered its team with the appointment of Steve Horton as AVP of business development.

Horton was previously president and CEO of SMH Consulting. He has also spent time in senior roles with the Industry Data Exchange Association and Integrated Software Systems. He will report to the president of Chestnut Hill Insurance Group Greg Agnone.

Agnone said: “Steve is a talented and accomplished professional with an extensive background directing corporate operations, sales, business development, strategic planning, and partnerships programs. He has a proven track record as an entrepreneur and the ability to leverage a vast network of Industry relationships and experience to grow organizations. Steve will be focused on organic growth and strategic acquisitions across the Chestnut Hill organization.”
