CICA: Lusk awarded distinguished service award

Mike Lusk, vice president, insurance and risk management, at the Archers Daniels Midland Company, has been given the CICA 2014 Distinguished Service Award.

The award recognises those organisations or individuals that have made an outstanding contribution to the captive industry.

Lusk has served as chairman of the board of directors of CICA and also the Vermont Captive Insurance Association.

Lusk previously worked with Fred Reiss, referred to as a the ‘father of captive insurance’ and he has strong connections in the captive world.

The award recognises parents that use their captive creatively, prevailed in tough times and gained a positive reputation among rating agencies, regulators and the wider captive community.
