Crawford & Company names LatAm regional head

Crawford & Company, a provider of claims management solutions to insurers and self-insured entities, has appointed Robert McQuattie as regional head of Latin America.

Based in Miami, McQuattie will be responsible for driving new business growth and overseeing operations in the LatAm region. He will report to Kieran Rigby, president, international.

McQuattie formerly held the position of country manager for Mexico and headed Crawford's claims office in the Miami market.

Prior to Crawford, he worked for Farmers Insurance and Bristol West Insurance Group.
