Claims management solutions provider Crawford & Company has expanded its service portfolio in Australia to include workers' compensation.
The capability will be delivered through Broadspire, the third party administrator (TPA) solution of Crawford & Company.
The workers' compensation service will support existing customers and other large insurers, corporation and government departments.

Broadspire's workers' compensation claim solution includes injury management services, legal cost containment, subrogation and analytics. This is combined with medical management and multi-disciplinary expertise that are aimed at ensuring a swift and healthy return to work for employees.
