Duo promoted at Elevate risk solutions

Ryan Ralston has accepted the position of president of Elevate Risk Solutions.

At the same time Serena Lintker has been promoted to chief operating officer.

Ralston retains his position of managing director, risk management at the company, which he has held since January 2021 in the Wichita, Kansas area.

Lintker was director of finance at the company from October 2013 to December 2023.

Elevate provides customised risk management and captive insurance solutions for the reduction of risk exposure and assurance of insurance protection to strengthen businesses.

In a statement Ralston said that the pair were proud and humbled to serve the company’s clients and the captive insurance community.
