Equitable appoints new head of corporate insurance

Taylor Gibson has been appointed head of corporate insurance at Equitable.

She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and was previously senior manager of risk and insurance at the company. She was appointed to that post in March 2020 and was responsible for corporate insurance program underwriting submissions, policy procurements and captive financial reporting.

Prior to that she was Captive Insurance & Risk Manager at Special Event Transportation Inc from January 2019 to March 2020.

Gibson was an account manager at Patriot Captive Management from January 2015 to March 2018.
