ICCIE unveils winner of conference raffle

The International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) has announced the winner of its All Conference raffle competition.

The raffle was won by Jack Meskunas, executive director - investments at Oppenheimer & Co. and captive insurance asset management advisor.

In August of 2023 ICCIE will be starting its 20th year. In celebration of that anniversary captive conferences agreed to offer one free admission to the winner of the raffle.

Some of the annual captive conferences that participated include Bermuda, Cayman, CICA, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vermont and others.

“I’m a huge fan of ICCIE, and bought a ticket to support them, but winning was furthest from my mind,” said Meskunas. “What a lucky day for me—and 2023 is going to be a busy year of captive insurance conferences!”
