Giles to join ClearPoint Health
ClearPoint Health has announced that Phil Giles will join it as chief growth officer (CGO), starting May 6th, 2024.
The company said in a statement that the appointment is a strategic move set to fortify its position as a leader in the employee benefits sector.
Giles was a co-founder of MSL Captive Solutions and served as a managing director of MSLCS from its formation in February 2020 until his departure from the company in March 2024.
ClearPoint Health said that Giles steps into his role at the company as it continues to invest in enterprise partnerships focused on customised and private label solutions, including medical stop loss captives, carrier & product panels, and pharmacy and cost management solutions.
By aligning with Giles’s ambition for tackling innovative challenges within the insurance and reinsurance sectors, ClearPoint Health said that it is strategically positioning itself to leverage his extensive expertise and distinguished accolades.

In his role as CGO, Giles is tasked with leading ClearPoint Health’s enterprise sales organisation, embodying the company’s commitment to delivering transparent, affordable, and clinically integrated insurance solutions. His profound knowledge in medical stop loss, stop-loss captives, alternative risk transfer, and self-insurance is anticipated to be a driving force behind ClearPoint Health’s continued expansion in the medical stop-loss domain.
