Kovrr achieves SOC 2 type II certification

Kovrr, a cyber risk modeling company, has completed its service organisation control (SOC) type II certification, demonstrating its ability to implement and execute strict security policies to protect customers data.

This certification validates that Kovrr’s security practices meet the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Trust Principles and Criteria for System and Organisational Control.

The audit was completed by Ernst & Young Israel and ensures Kovrr meets the five trust service principles: security, privacy, availability, confidentiality, and processing integrity.

Avi Bashan, chief technology officer at Kovrr, said: “We understand the risks involved in sensitive data and are fully committed to protecting our customer’s information. Security will always have to be a fundamental part of our product.”
