
LCS announces new leader for captive Hexagon
Life Care Services (LCS) has promoted Jason Victor to senior vice president/treasurer and corporate finance.
In addition to his current responsibilities, Victor will now lead LCS Risk Management, including the LCS Advantage insurance program and Hexagon, a captive insurance company.
Victor joined LCS in 2007 as controller. He was promoted to vice president/controller in 2013 and senior vice president/controller in 2019. He currently provides leadership to corporate accounting, corporate payroll, community payroll, as well as the treasury and tax departments.
He will also provide guidance for audits, internal controls, technical accounting, and tax and financial management systems.
Hexagon was founded in 1999 to support the LCS Advantage insurance program, which markets insurance products to LCS-managed communities including workers compensation, auto, crime, property and boiler, and liability. Victor has served on the Hexagon board of directors since 2017.
