NCCIA issues update on conference presentation

The North Carolina Captive Insurance Association (NCCIA) has released more details of some of the presentations that it will be hosting at its upcoming conference.

In a slot about captive fundamentals Claire Richardson of Hylant will be one of several panellists who will speak about the basics of captive insurance.

According to the NCCIA: “Understanding the process for evaluating, implementing, and managing a captive is vital for any firm deciding if a captive will benefit their organization. During this session panellists will review the roles of seven vital service providers and their impact on the five main stages of a captive’s lifecycle.”

The other speakers on the panel include Josh Bicknell, also of Hylant; Mike Meehan of Milliman; Mike Hyzdu of UBS; Bailey Roese of Dentons; Lori Gorman from the North Carolina Department of Insurance; Benjamin Whitehouse of Butler Snow; Bryan Hudson of Bauknight, Pietras, & Stormer P.A. and Dan Kusaila of Crowe.

The conference will take place in Asheville North Carolina on May 7-10.
