New CEO for Aon’s Bermuda STG unit

Jim Fiore has announced that he is taking on a new role at Aon Reinsurance Solutions (Aon) as chief executive of Aon’s strategy and technology group (STG) and Capital Advisory, Bermuda.

Fiore said that while maintaining his reinsurance broker responsibilities, he is excited for the opportunity to deliver Aon’s full suite of strategy, technology, and capital solutions and services to P&C and life insurance and reinsurance companies.

Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG) brings together solutions to explore profitable opportunities with our extensive market data, increase operational efficiencies, and use software (Tyche, ReMetrica, PathWise) to make better business decisions.

“It is critical for a company to assess its capital position and execute capital strategies to support its business decisions, which is why I’m excited to offer a holistic service offering in Bermuda that combines the solutions of Capital Advisory and STG,” Fiore said in a statement on LinkedIn.
