New management positions for EY in the Channel Islands

Accountant EY has made a number of promotions in its Channel Islands teams. Thomas Harris and Rochelle Lagrisola have been promoted to assurance manager in Guernsey, while Gerrit Heyneke and Callum Rabet have been appointed managers within the assurance team in Jersey.

Harris has been with EY for over four years and has experience providing assurance services to clients across private banking, wealth management and captive insurance. He also leads training sessions for more junior team members on the latest standards and local regulations.

Lagrisola works predominantly with wealth and asset management clients but also has experience in banking and captive insurance. She joined the Guernsey office in 2018, having completed a three-month secondment in the Channel Islands the year before

Heyneke and Rabet, meanwhile, have worked predominately with real estate and private equity fund clients in the case of the former and providing audit services to the wealth and asset management industry in the case of the latter. Heyneke, who joined EY after qualifying as a chartered accountant in South Africa, will be involved with coaching and mentoring through EY’s counsellor programme, supporting junior members in developing skills to progress in their careers.

Andrew Dann, EY’s Channel Islands managing partner, said: “Congratulations to Tom, Rochelle, Gerrit and Callum on their promotions to manager. This is a significant career milestone and a reflection of their dedication to delivering exceptional client service and high performance. Their technical expertise and insights, along with excellent people management skills, will be a great addition to our management teams.”
