Pacific Northwest law firms merge

Two law firms in the Pacific Northwest have merged to form Beeghly Ricoy Law Group, which now claims to be the largest licensed insurance corporate, compliance & regulatory law firm serving the area in both Seattle and Portland.

With offices now in Washington & Oregon, the law firm is the evolution and merger of the Kreger Beeghly firm started in Seattle over 12 years ago with the business of seasoned healthcare, business, and insurance regulatory attorney Peter Ricoy in a new Portland, Oregon office.

In a statement Steven Beeghly said: “Continuing the legacy that Brian Kreger and I started to offer insurance corporate, compliance, and regulatory services from insurance company experienced and trained attorneys, to now expand, merge, and add Peter Ricoy in Portland is a natural evolution to serve clients (and friends) with their insurance corporate, regulatory, and healthcare needs throughout the Pacific Northwest.”

Beeghly has been a Special Counsel to Insurance Commissioner & Board for the Federated States of Micronesia since January 2012 and has substantial experience of insurance-related risk transfer business, including captives.
