Veritiv appoints new risk management director

Mark Pollard has been appointed senior director of risk management at Veritiv Corporation, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

In a statement released on LinkedIn Pollard said: “I’m excited and honoured to join Veritiv as senior director of risk management. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to support the mission of this industry-leading organisation that is committed to adding value and providing innovative solutions.”

Pollard was previously director of risk management at Primo Water Corporation from May 2022 to April 2023.

Prior to that he was senior director of risk management at Carter's OshKosh B'gosh division from October 2010 to February 2021, where he was responsible for its global risk transfer program, including securing all lines of coverage, negotiating policy terms and conditions, and mitigating retained exposures.
